Privacy policy
The Foundry ("we", "us") is an event taking place in Kristiansand, Norway, on June 9–10, 2027. This page explains what personal data we collect and how it is processed.
Data we collect
- Registration data: name, email, phone, company, address, and payment details — collected via our registration partner Checkin.no when you sign up for tickets.
- Speaker information: name, photo, title, and biography of confirmed speakers, published on this site with their consent.
Third parties
Registration and ticket processing is handled by Checkin.no. When you open the registration form, your data is submitted directly to Checkin under their own terms and privacy policy.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions, and Google Ads, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure advertising and create advertising audiences. These services may receive page addresses, referrers, browser and device information, IP addresses, cookie identifiers and interaction events. Optional tracking is not loaded before you accept.
Choosing Essential only keeps optional tracking off. Open Cookie settings to change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawing consent reloads the page to stop running trackers and removes known tracking cookies accessible on this site. It does not delete data already received by providers or cookies on their domains.
We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Examples of optional cookies include Google Analytics cookies beginning _ga, Google advertising cookies beginning _gcl_, Meta cookies _fbp and _fbc, and LinkedIn li_fat_id. Their lifetimes and provider-side retention depend on provider settings. You can also clear cookies through your browser.

Legal basis
We process registration data on the basis of contract (ticket purchase) and speaker data on the basis of consent and/or legitimate interest in promoting the event. Optional analytics and advertising tracking are based on your consent.
Retention
Registration data is retained by Checkin for the duration required by Norwegian accounting law. Speaker data is removed on request or after the event concludes.
Your rights
