The Foundry ("we", "us") is an event taking place in Mandal, Norway, on June 3–5, 2026. This page explains what personal data we collect and how it is processed.
Data we collect
- Registration data: name, email, phone, company, address, and payment details — collected via our registration partner Checkin.no when you sign up for tickets.
- Speaker information: name, photo, title, and biography of confirmed speakers, published on this site with their consent.
Third parties
Registration and ticket processing is handled by Checkin.no. When you open the registration form, your data is submitted directly to Checkin under their own terms and privacy policy.
This site does not use third-party analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising networks. Fonts and assets are self-hosted.
Legal basis
We process registration data on the basis of contract (ticket purchase) and speaker data on the basis of consent and/or legitimate interest in promoting the event.
Retention
Registration data is retained by Checkin for the duration required by Norwegian accounting law. Speaker data is removed on request or after the event concludes.
Your rights
