The rules for attending The Foundry.
1. The event
The Foundry ("the event") takes place in Mandal, Norway, on June 3–5, 2026. These terms govern your attendance and your purchase of any tickets or related products.
2. Tickets
Tickets are sold through our partner Checkin.no. A ticket is personal but transferable up to the day of the event. We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets per purchaser and to deny access to anyone without a valid ticket.
3. Refunds and cancellations
Tickets are refundable up to 30 days before the event. After that date, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person at no cost. If The Foundry is cancelled by us, you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
4. Changes to the program
We reserve the right to change speakers, session times, venues, and the overall program at our discretion. We will communicate meaningful changes as early as possible, but program changes do not entitle you to a refund.
5. Code of conduct
The Foundry is committed to providing a harassment-free environment. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior in any form. Attendees who violate this code may be removed from the event without refund.
6. Photo, video and recording
The Foundry will be photographed, filmed, and recorded. By attending, you consent to being captured in photo and video material that may be used by The Foundry and its partners for marketing, editorial, and archival purposes. If you do not wish to appear in recordings, please notify us at hello@thefoundry.no.
7. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Registration data is handled by Checkin.no under their own terms.
8. Liability
The Foundry is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Attendees participate at their own risk. Our liability for any claim arising from attendance is limited to the amount paid for your ticket.
9. Force majeure
The Foundry is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, governmental actions, and infrastructure failures.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Norwegian courts.
